North Bengal consists of the districts of Cooch Behar, Dakshin Dinajpur, Darjeeling, Jalpaiguri, Malda, Murshidabad and Uttar Dinajpur. However, tourism refers to chiefly the Dooars region in Jalpaiguri district and Darjeeling districts.
